Data we collect

When you connect your Amazon account to OrbitSeller via the Amazon Selling Partner API (and/or Amazon Ads API once approved), we only obtain:

• The refresh token needed to act on your account's behalf, scoped strictly to the permissions you explicitly approve on Amazon's own consent screen.
• Order, sales, returns, reimbursement, financial transaction, inventory ledger, and catalog reports.
• Simple account settings you enter yourself (e.g. product cost, shipping settings, display name).

We do not collect any payment information or sensitive personal data about the seller's end customers.

How we use the data

This data is used exclusively to compute and display the figures and alerts inside your own dashboard. No data is used for marketing purposes, and no data is sold to any third party.

Data protection

Your refresh token is stored encrypted in our database, never as plain readable text. Each seller can only see their own data — there is no cross-account access. All traffic is served over HTTPS.

Data storage and sharing

Your data is stored completely separately from other sellers'. No data is shared with any third party except where required by law.

Data deletion and de-authorization

You may de-authorize OrbitSeller at any time (directly from your Amazon seller account settings, or by contacting us), and request full deletion of your stored data by emailing us below.

Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with Amazon's Data Protection Policy requirements for SP-API and Ads API developers.
